How Much Is That Bar Owner In The Window?

The world renown author Mr. Don Russell, aka Joe Sixpack, has just put up on the web a nice note about our little place here in the Limerick, Rofo and Sa-na-to-ga triangle. I just don't understand why Gary is smiling so much. I'm guessing it's because he is seeing paying customers and not contractors. Just a hunch.
