And The Winner Is......

Yards Brawler. First official beer sold and first keg to kick. The prize winning check will be in the mail shortly. So the next question would be, how did it go last night? Overall, a success. But there were a few problems. Such as running out of fries and rolls for sandwiches. It is the small price you pay when you make food from scratch. The bar tabs were also everywhere as the metal clip that was supposed to mounted on the inside part of the bar never got done. The steady bar crowd that was in all day and night saw to that. So what will day 2 bring? More troops arriving, aka beer. More food, and more fries and rolls as the kitchen was in high gear early this morning.
The final question is, what am I doing here? That is a good question, maybe I'll answer it sometime.

Welcome to opening day! It has been (at least) in our minds, a long time coming. We still have those pesky bugs still to work out(not real bugs though), what new place doesn't? We've been training the last couple of days for a marathon, and it seems like the date got pushed up for it. So if you see us trying to catch our breath, don't worry, be patient. Each day we will be crossing that finish line faster and faster. So relax, have a beer and hopefully, welcome home.
