Seeking applicants with experience in "from scratch" cooking, working knowledge of food preparation, knife skills and experience in high volume setting.

Must be:
- organized and able to efficiently multi-task
- clean and reliable
- have a good work ethic and have reliable transportation
- a dedicated, a team player
- available to work Friday and Saturday

This is a great opportunity to learn and further your culinary skills.
Must be able to present 3 verifiable work related references

It doesn't rhyme or have any hint of alliteration, but the beer still taste darn good. So, this Thursday, September 26 at 5pm. We will tap our firkin of Evolution Lot 3 IPA dry hopped with Simcoe hops.

Avast! It's International Talk Like a Pirate Day

On Thursday, September 19th we will be pouring Piraat all day in honor of International Talk Like a Pirate Day. So, Come on ye lubbers, and let us pour you some grog and see what else flows out of our bung holes. Until then me hearties, show up, or consider yourself a stinky bilge rat.
