6 Year Anniversary

On Monday, December 29 at 5pm we will be tapping our firkin of Dogfish Head 75 minute IPA to help celebrate our 6th Anniversary.
We will also be tapping Lost Abbey Cuvee de Tomme.
The world premiere (at least in Limerick) of the newest and only Trappist brewery located in the U.S. Spencer Trappist Ale, as well as a few other surprises.

Mucho Money Raised for Recycled Tails


Thank you to everyone that came out for our Recycled Tails Fundraiser event. We were able to raise $1040.00 for the animal rescue charity.

We were much busier than we ever expected that day, and if you were here you know that things didn’t go the smoothest even though we were staffed with as many people we could fit behind that bar without bumping into each other anymore than we did.

We have a few more animal rescue events coming up in the not too distant future. Stay tuned, and know that will learn from any mistakes we made. As everyone should in life.  Peace!

It was a good day for the animals!

Zamorano:  Sheep’s milk cheese with subtle hints of caramel and grass; Spain
 
Roncal:  Rich sheep milk, from the high Pyrénées region of Spain. It is firm with nutty and piquant flavors
La tur:  From Caseificio dell'Alta Langa the Piedmont region in Italy. Triple cream cheese made from a mixture of cow's, goat's and sheep's milk, with a mousse interior and a mushroomy aroma
