A half dozen fresh-shucked oysters on the half shell with cocktail and mignonette 15
Tonight’s selection includes 3 of each of the following oysters: 
Pemaquid; Maine
Chincoteague; Virginia
 
ARTISAN CHEESE PLATE
Tonight’s cheese plate includes the following:
Zamorano:  Sheep’s milk cheese with subtle hints of caramel and grass; Spain
 
Roncal:  Rich sheep milk, from the high Pyrénées region of Spain. It is firm with nutty and piquant flavors
La tur:  From Caseificio dell'Alta Langa the Piedmont region in Italy. Triple cream cheese made from a mixture of cow's, goat's and sheep's milk, with a mousse interior and a mushroomy aroma
Accompaniments include:  Spanish Marcona almonds, artisan breads, house-made strawberry jam, sliced apples and fresh berries   13

and chopped pecans
 
Coffee Dulche de Leche caramel with Evolution  Bourbon Barrel Strong Ale
Dark chocolate coffee ganache layered with dulche de leche caramel and covered in milk chocolate with    espresso powder garnish

Peanut Butter & Strawberry with Rodenbach Grand Cru
Peanut butter and milk chocolate layered with strawberry pate de fruit, covered in milk chocolate; chopped peanut garnish

White chocolate ganache infused with candied orange and vanilla bean, coated in white chocolate
and chopped pistachios
Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Caramel with North Coast Old Stock Ale
